Built in wall 1970's Moffat oven doesn't heat up?

If it is a built in oven, how do I pull the oven out of the wall and take the back cover off and do these adjustments? This might work for an ordinary oven but not a built in one. I don't think that this advice will work for me. Any other advice out there that can help? Thanks.

if it went in .it can come out, you first need to turn all the power off going to that oven, you will have to work out whats holding it in place, try pulling it out a little or moveing it a little to see whats holding it in , it might not be much if you get any movement on it will come out, you have to replace the element anyway, it must be burned out after all that time, make sure the power is off when working on it,
