How can I fix my alarm panel melcom st6000 to disable PIR up stairs ?

Hi our alarm box was off for 2 hours and has reset itself to factory settings. I have managed to reinstate our original 4digit code . We have 3 pies down stairs and 1 up stairs . We had up stairs disabled . How do I disable upstairs PIR . So it's off perminatly .
