My Citreon Dispatch Van year 07 has done 80K and has suddenly started not making a smooth transition into 1st gear from standing still. Is it needing a new clutch or could it be clutch fluid?

If it goes into gear ok with engine off then it sounds like your clutch isn`t clearing properly,it can be down to a worn clutch or the hydraulics at fault also,if the release bearing is in the g/box bell housing then the g/box has to come out anyway and would be false economy not to replace all the clutch parts at the same time,good luck
