My oven is not cooking food as quickly as it used to AHY3120?

I have a Hygena cooker AHY3120. I cooked a cake the other day and left it for the same amount as I always do and it was undercooked. Flapjacks took 15 mins longer than normal and chicken took an extra 20 mins too. What would be wrong? Thermostat?
