Take the back panel off and check the rubber hose that goes from the lower right hand side of plastic bowl up in to the control panel. Look for any holes or cracks that will allow the air to escape. As bowl fills it pushes air up the tube and the increase in air pressure tells the control what the water level is. One other reason is if the inlet valve is sticking open and not turning off the water. Check that by starting to fill then press pause. Water should stop immediately. If it continues going in for more than 2 secs, before stopping then change the inlet valve.
