All the functions which I can use shortcut keys for in Photoshop CS don't work because the Control Key (CTRL) doesn't seem to be working in this application. It is still working fine in others like Word. What might be causing this?
Hello! My opinion is that you should first of all change your picture editor to another one. This one that is called Free Picture Editor http://pictureeditorfree.org/ is a pretty good one. It has all the same functions that Photoshop has but this one is free.

I have the same prob.... some say (if you used one) is a crack was used, others say keyboard conflict (hard to believe). Hope this helps
