My break shoes are new in the front but they feel like the grinding threw the peddle my abs light is on but the brakes are ok if it goes out they start grinding

I am not sure on yours but some Renaults abs system works off the wheel bearings so I would check there is no play in them,also check for damaged sensors, if the abs works off of rings on the c.v joints then check they are in place and free from corrosion etc. if you can`t see anything obvious then it may need to go onto a code reader to determine which corner is giving you trouble
