I have a Hotpoint wf340 washine machine flashing lights?

The on/off flashes fast and mini load and decrease also flash slower.
I have in blocked the drain and disconnected the pump which was full off odd bits.
All is now clear and have done a quick wash but have same problem.

Need help.
