I have no water coming out of the top sprayer and now - maybe because not getting hot - the detergent door does not open either.

Can you help me identify what might be wrong (apart from everything).

The top spray arm will be most likely blocked with some food particle that has got past the filter. If you pull out the top basket and remove the top spary arm.The spray arm is retained with a small screw, remove this and cleafully easy back the four plastic clips The arm shouldn now become free. Then wash out under the tap, when then spray slots are allowing water to pass freely refit the spray arm. Happy new year Steve
