How do I open the door on my matsui dishwasher?

The catch to open the door on my dishwasher appears to be broken so I cannot get the door open and it is full of crockery.

Most dishwashers the catch is just a sprung mechanism, its possible with this type to just pull the door open gripping at each side near the top.
