My Siemens oven fault?

My Siemens oven HB75AB.50B died
The interior light now flashes intermittently even though the oven is switched off.
What has happened?

Haven't met this fault but try isolating oven from supply for a while to allow software memory to extinguish, then switch power back on and reset the clock time and retry the oven.
