Hello Everyone
Problem Solved, There are 4 Philip screws in the lower section which is in two parts the cover is then easily removed.
the electrics are very simple and easy to repair if needed. DO NOT turn the allen screw anti clock wise, it is fixed, the gap between the blades and block is nil and adjustment will produce some aluminium shavings on start up which is fine.
