Electrolux EDW1100 type (Westinghouse WDF901)?

I have a Westinghouse WDF901 which is actually based on the Electrolux EDW1100 model (same electricals).

Anyhow we bought it just over 3 years ago but I finally got around to installing it 5 months ago. It has now started blowing our main house fuse at the beginning of the wash cycle (while it fills with water).

I bench tested the main motor, drain pump, water pressure switches and door interlock switch and everything worked fine. I also inspected the circuit board and it looks nice and new with no burned tracks or dry solder joints.

Not sure why this is happening and what else could be causing the machine to short and blow the house fuses during initial water filling stage.
Any help would be appreciated.
