Intermittent Fault with Rear Wiper - Ford KA (X Reg)?

Problem with my rear wiper has us flumaxed. It works some days then won't work atall other times. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

the contacts on the boot sill can sometimes be knocked off with items in the boot or the contacts are needing cleaned these are the three prongs on the boot lid clean the contacts on the boot sill as well i hope this helps.
