Tassimo not producing 'velvet' finish on Carte noire crema intenso. intermittent fault ok aroud 50% of the time. I've descaled it a couple of times and cleaned visible parts including scanner window . is it possibly 'bad coffee' it's in date and bought from supermarket any ideas would be great, cheers, K
