A completely fabricated PCN issued by a council traffic control contractor for an E. London council.
I received in error of registration but delved deep in to the issue as so many motorist are wrongly fined.
Found: offence code driving in a bus lane> no bus lane
Address of offence Wrong it was in a side street evident by the photo images and help of Google maps street level.
The medial bleats on about the many who pay a fine they should not have received because of the fear their appeal might fail and will be subject to full fine and costs if it goes to court.
No newspaper seemed interested in printing the PCN as an example of what's going on to meet TARGETS set by the contractors on their employees. A well know contractor was seen to be guilt but denied it saying it was a performance exercise when the memo 'Not meeting their .9 ticket issues' as reported in a national newspaper.
