to mutc oil has went through coolint system?

I put to Mitch oil approximate 3litres to Mitch oil has went through coolint system how do I clean it out.

drain system,refill with water and some liquid detergent,run for a day or two,drain again and repeat, keep an eye on your coolant hoses in future for signs of perishing/leaks etc.
