My washing machine would not complete the washing cycle.i try to set on rinse/spin and drain&spin setting it still not working.

If it does not drain the water it will not spin. All water has to be out first. So check the draining. May be a blockage in the pump or drain pump is not working at all. Put it on drain and start. If you can hear drain pump humming then it has a blockage. If no sound at all then possible broken wire at pump or faulty pump.
