how do you reset the immobilizerin my ford transit mrk6?

I have a ford transit van mark 6 transit the immobilizer stopped working from outside the van but the key starts the van no problem but I have to break into the van daily I bought a new fob reprogrammed it still no joy

Do you mean your central locking isn`t operating? It may have to go onto Ford IDS to resolve your issues.
