How to replace the cigarette lighter in a C max?

I have a 54 plate Ford Focus Cmax zetec the cig lighter is not working but it's completely caked in crap so brought a new one, does anyone know how to replace this or even get to it to replace??

most cigarette lighters are a push fit held by side springs on unit{check your new one) gently try easing out the old unit evenly all round.

They were on the three cars I had, Ford, Vauxhall, Singer gazel ,latter worth a small fortune now split tailgate estate never seen another one even at old car rallies.
