no deasel at injecter?

I have a citroen dispatch 1.9 d straight injection run well up to this morning but now it fails to start glow plug light goes out after two seconds but still fails to star got fuel to pump but not to injecter can anyone help me please.

These come fitted with a stop solenoid on the injection pump.
if this fail,or gets contaminated it wont start.
