turn of your electric on your washer then unplug!
clean your filter first and see if there is something stuck, is clean, get some man and let him help u to undo rubber pipe connected to the drum housing or the pump housing. it is a cleaning job, u will need some tools?
and make sure that no water will be getting on the e-motor or the pump?
