have an er 4914 where is the battery and where do i get one keep getting an error when power and have to reset it

Soldered to the main pcb. It can be obtained from an electronic component supplier but you will need soldering skills to replace it. It is a normally a technician's job. they should attach a reminder to the machine to let you know when the battery is next due for replacement. This is a service item.
