hi when i turn the till on i keep getting closed coming up on the display, and also the till roll wont feed. can you help.

The register is closed because you forgot to log on to it. You need to enter your PIN number. If you've forgotten your secret number, you'll need to program a new one using the manual codes. If you need a manual, one of the users has it here:
