Hi Andy
Most machines get clogged . Have you taken out the soap drawer and washed it out ? It may just need an old toothbrush and a bit of a soak to get it all clean. Draw will come out if you just pull it gently towards yourself. Then put your arm in the hole where the soap draw came out from and clean in there too. Make sure that the machine is unplugged before you put your arm in it just incase lol
