Proline frost free upright freezer. uf200b?

I have this freezer and my carpet was getting wet underneath it. I pulled it out and noticed that a black corrugated tube was hanging loose at the back with a bit of broken plastic in the top. I can see where it has broken off from and the water is coming out from there. However, at the other end at the bottom I can't see where it is supposed to be connected to. Surely it doesn't just hang there or else the water would still drip out. I only had a nosey at it as the fan seemed to be on constantly and I was wondering why.
Any help or pointers will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks, Allan.

There is another wee white box at the bottom With a hole in it but i don't know if it supposed to be attached to that or not. The only hot thing at the back is the compressor thing.

I don't know the specific freezer but I had an auto defrost fridge and the water from the fridge was directed on to the top of the compressor which was always warm. The water then evaporated away. Probably the freezer is the same. Recommend you find something warm and direct the end of the tube on to it.
