My warmflow oil fired boiler heats the water and the upstairs radiators but wont heat the downstairs radiators. Model : IP45 Green Kabin Pak HE Sept 2010. The control panel has three buttons : upstairs, downstairs and water.

i guess you have tried bleeding etc. are you sure the pump is running, for example do the upstairs get hot quickly or is it just natural circulation. you say you have three buttons, how about turning off the mains and then wiring the pump direct in the back of that button box, I am pretty sure it is the button control at fault.
