how can i fix a shower that only running cold water?

shower only running cold water.Pipe work has been changed recently,shower make a buzzing noise too

Is there enough water flowing,you say pipework has been changed do you mean to the shower if so did fault occur then,it could be debris in the shower filter,lots more info needed
