Fault on scantronic 4600 panel?

I keep getting a fault on my scantronic 4600 intruder alarm, for zone 5 (Conservatory). Changed the batteries in door sensors on conservatory doors a while a go, but still getting fault?

Take the batteries out and leave out for 5 mins then put back in. And then walk test.
