first you need to see whats holding it in place, can you unscrew it from the inside? or do you have to take the back off to get at it, with (ALL THE POWER OFF) going to it, take the back off look for the 3 wires going to the grill, to get to the right element, take a photo of them , remove them they might be push on clips. pull them off the element, unscrew the screws that holds the element on ,and it will come out into the grill box,replace it with the same shape and power rateing, , not a hard job once you get to the element , and photo it just copy it, with the power off.
