Mower cuts out - Performance Power 420,Tecumseh?

Hi my petrol mower starts fine from cold, then after 10mins mowing I stop to empty the grass bin, then on pulling the starter cord it fires into life but then dies after about 5 seconds. It keeps repeating this. Anyone any ideas?
