Vaporella Easy Polti not working?

Vaporella Easy Polti steam iron tripps electrics when turned on also I noticed when emptying water out of the base water was coming out of the area where the cord is attached at the base I need to know if there is a local repairer if needed in the Poole Dorset Area please
