just recently when the hot tap is turned on initially hot water comes out for approx30 seconds and then starts to run warm for a about a minute before running hot as it should but what I have noticed is the bathroom radiator starts to get warm this problem has only just started the system has been working perfect over the last few years and has not had any thing done to it to cause this to happen
