Lamona HJA8630 not heating water?

I have replaced flow through heater, PCB board and the heat sensor and still the dishwasher doesn't heat the water. Anyone have any ideas what could be the cause?

When something fails to heat water it's nearly always down to the heating element - typically they go open circuit.

It may be in the case of your machine that the circuit that delivers power to the element may be at fault - a semiconductor (Triac) or a relay (switch) perhaps or the electronics that control these things.
