ink roller?

How to!! get the gizmo out to pop in a new ink roller???
can get the logo one out not the other it's a fujitsu G-820. please HELP

Normally, there is a small tab on the ink roller in the front of the printer. You pull the tab towards your chest and it pops the ink roller out. I'm not sure if the G820 has some sort of cover over it but usually it is just sitting open in the front of the printer on most models
