My samsung rl33sbns frost free fridge freezer used to have a build up of ice in the bottom of the freezer every two or three weeks I'd chip it off but it never stopped returning last week I heard a funny rattling noise from the back of the unit I turned the power off and on the noise stopped but so did the fridge freezer the power lights and internal lights still work but it doesn't cool or freeze I left the power on for an hour still nothing I've taken the covers off the back and the inside of the freezer the fan still runs but the compressor gets hot can you give me any idea what's wrong and is is fixable.
