On my cooker if the power is interrupted - and then comes back on again - the digital clock flashes to say it needs to be re-set - any time will do.
On mine I depress and hold in the two buttons on the left and use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the time - then it stops flashing.
Yours may be different.
