the soft rinse drawer does not empty fully, and after the wash is finished, there is at least 3/4" ins of water left in. We have had the machine for 4+ years and have never had this previously.We have put a Sainsbury's washing machine cleaner through, but it has made no difference, Is this normal and we have just not noticed it ? my wife tells me that it is usually empty after a wash . HELP!!

The holes in the roof of the soap box are blocked (probably black mould) Best to replace the soap box lid (soap box is the bit you slide the soap drawer into) You can clean out the 4 SQUARE holes middle track with a cable tie pushing it right through the holes it may clear enough for it to work. cheers
