How can I fix my whirlpool awz 7913 dryer?

My dryer turns on but is not warming up. I have cleaned all areas but still it does not warm up. Please help!!

It is probably an element fault,could also be thermostat fault the stats are mounted on the element. located by removing the back panel with the machine unplugged.
