model no would be good but if you have a square door and you can see your new striker has a screw hole which is not visible in the door then you need to split the door... this will be tight and seemingly impossible but the best way is to insert a very small screwdriver between the inner and outer door AT THE BOTTOM of the door so if it leaves screwdriver marks they will not be visible, force in and twist the screwdriver to separate the door. cheers
