My horn doesn't seem to work on my citroen c3. I have checked the fuses in both boxes and they are fine, the horn relay seems to work as makes a clicking noise when horn is pressed. I have checked a few things with a multimeter and there seems to be no power going to the horn. Any help or advice on this would be much appreciated

If the relay is working then why not take the horn off and put 12v straight through it? You'll then find out if the horn itself is at fault and needs replacing, or whether it is a break in the wiring between relay and horn.
