Hi i have a Mountfield rv40 150 and there is smoke coming out wen it starts also looks like some oil also. its deficit to start now can you help.

has it been tipped over at any time?
This will cause oil to accumilate in either exhaust or carb.
have you over fill it?
take off carb and thoroughly clean, also take off exhaust and clean or burn out.
should do the trick.
while doing this also see if any oil in fuel tank.
