Door won't close on my New World Oven?

I have a New World Series 2 built in oven. The door seems to have gone out of alignment and will no longer close properly. I suspected that one of the hinges may have broken and so I took the door off and then removed the 2 hinges.

I noticed that although the 2 hinges look identical, they behave differently. First of all there is a long "stay" on each. Below this there is an articulated hinge which has 3 links. On the right hand hinge all the pivots move freely and in fact one end does not seem to be attached to anything. The left hand hinge pivots don't move much at all and I suspect this is causing the problem. In fact when you open the door, the corner "pops" out about half an inch on this side, and when I try to close the door the left hand edge clashes / overlaps with the edge of the oven preventing it closing.

I'm almost sure it's this hinge causing the probs, but as the hinges cost about £35 a go, I want to be sure this is the broken side. (And as I mentioned earlier the 2 hinges are slightly different...the right hand one having a free end and the left one not).

Any advice is most welcome. Maybe someone has had similar problems with their oven door.
