I need instructions on how to program the answering machine model 1311 & don't have a manuel as lost. When a call comes in it rings 4 times and sometimes the tape gets hung up or something and cuts the caller off. It is an AT&T remote ans machine with little cassette tape. I also need it emailed in pdf form so I can print it. Can you help
