No heat when drying, still spins?

My dryer spins as normal(reverse as well), but no heat at all.
Hotpoint Aquarius TDL30
Is there a simple solution?

Its probably one of three things....1) float switch at back of water tank stuck 2) the thermostat has gone 3) the heating element has blown , both 2&3 easy to replace. Dave isle of wight.
