the oven cuts outs out totally when both ovens are used. it blows the fuse in the plug and the plug itself gets hot.

A double oven cannot be run off a 13 amp plug, it takes too much current. You will need a 30 amp supply with a 6mm twin and earth input cable. Hope your existing connection with a 13 amp plug was done by a diy and not a professional.
