Miele w919 novatronic rinse light flashes no motor operation ?

My Miele W919 WPS Novatronic the motor will not work, when program selected the rinse 1-2 light flashes everything else seams to function ok
I have changed the motor brushes and the small round fuse on the circuit board is ok
Any ideas
