The car starts in the mornings and after work, but if I stop the engine after 30 mins driving it will not start for two hours. Also, after reversing to park, and shifting to neutral, not only will it not start but the reverse lights come on. Is there a known fix for this

It is very difficult to determine faults like these on modern motors without trying it onto a computer or code reader for a look at faults stored, but the crank sensor may be worth looking at, as for your reverse lights check the switch isn`t sticking, knowing Renaults when it comes to electrics you are in the lap of the gods.
