how di fix this as cash receipts on till not printing?

SAMs4 ER-180T cash register does not print anything.Any help would be appreciated

If paper feeds out blank, make sure you have thermal paper loaded in (not bond) and check that the shiny side is toward the front of the machine. If it doesn't feed at all, make sure the receipt is turned on (try printing a report to test it).
