Remove basket cover, one screw, then 3 screws holding bulb, this releases backing plate with access to thermostat..
'Stat type JT-208C available from www.stock2shift.com/halogen-oven-replacement-thermostat-15943-p.asp
£6.99 but postage bit expensive for lightweight item.
